The expanded program covers 600 V and 1200 V IGBT discretes such as the SGT40N60NPFDPN and SGTP40V120FDB2P7, industrial IGBT modules including the SGM300HF12A3TFD and SGM450HF12B4TFD, 1200 V SiC MOSFETs such as the SCDP120R013N2P4B, and IPM three-phase motor drivers including the SDM15G60TD8 and SDM30G60FD8. Together these parts serve general-purpose inverters, power-factor-correction front ends, SMPS and UPS stages, solar inverters, welding equipment and appliance drives. Additional ratings are added as demand is confirmed, and allocation-sensitive high-current parts continue to be scheduled against customer forecasts.
